Orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) following payment verification. Custom items may take longer, as communicated at purchase.
3. Shipping Methods:
Standard Shipping is 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary due to location or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs: Shipping is currently available for a flat rate of $10.00. Alternatively, porch pickup is offered in Lubbock, TX.
5. Delivery Address: We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact the ScripTpics Team immediately.
Lost/Damaged Packages: For lost or damaged shipments, contact Customer Support promptly to resolve the issue or file a carrier claim.
